how to import an equation from an editor?

I use a software that generates equation in ascii format (I can see it, for example, in Notepad). The equation is rather long and I want to copy and paste in Mathcad in equation format. I have attached an example file that contains an equation. At the moment I have to copy it to mathcad manually. I want mathcad to read the equation from a text file. How do I do it?
