I think it is convenient to do Formula Derivation and record it in MathCAD Prime, do you have a better software or tools?
When i input "+..+" , it appears two gray block, and i will also display in printed pdf files, it is not beauty.
How to input ".."correctly in 1^2+2^2+..+n^2 or a^2+b^2+..+z^2. etc ( without gray blocks)?
Hello, new at using Mathlab 14, I have a problem with unwanted variable's value change based on it's location on the worksheet. In the attached file, variable's K33,5 value changes by moving it above/below worksheet's first horizontal line and I cannot understand why. Help needed.
After a more than a year and waiting a big upgrade where they are suppose to get closer to the options of Mathcad 15 they improved very little. They added equation wrap.....that's it???
Would like to see some simple upgrades like;
After waiting through the first 4 Prime systems to come out and the biggest thing in the last revision is math wrap....are you kidding me. Mathcad 15 had so much over any of these prime editions and it does not look like PTC has any desire to make this product as good as it was back then.

I have a question, how can I solve a system of equation, which is consists of three equation (two of them are Differential and other one is not) using ODEsolve or there is some other way?
So I had a system of two differential equation and everything worked just fine, but then I need to add one more equation and this equation is not differential. So I don't know are the ODESOLVE able to solve this kind of systems or not. It keeps telling me, that I have too few initial conditions. File 9 is a file where only 2 equation are solved.

When often switching from Mathcad to another program, the blue area of the menue bar gets thicker and thicker.
I wonder why software developers make such a ****.
It is rather easy to copy formula from Mathcad to word. Copy from word back to Mathcad ended at a photo or picture?
Is there anyway to make copying word formula to Mathcad working?
Also tried formula using Mathml, word does accept that. But copy mathml into Mathcad ended showing long list of mathml code itself.
As word can accept formula copied from Mathcad, Mathcad must using certain standard code (e.g. Mathml) to store/display all formular's.
Anybody may advise what kind code Mathcad using for store/display all formula?

I'm currently using Mathcad 14 and I think there is a problem in the software about the integration calcul.
I define a function as a density of probability, so its integral should be 1, but I don't get 1 with some certain bounds. In the picture I have enclosed to the question, you can see that when I integrate a normal law of parameters (μ=100,σ=1) on the interval [90,110], the result is 1. But when I integrate the same function on the interval [0,∞[, the result is 0.
Does anyone has already faced this problem ? Do you know if there is a patch to correct this mistake ?

In Mathcad 4.0 it is not possible to show date in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD), e.g. in the page header.
As this is the format we are using in our office, I'd like to add that as a choice.
I defined a user-defined function: However the variable after the equal remain undefined.
Already I created similar functions. But, this one is giving me a hard time. Could someone help me please.

So it works for substituting B1 for D1 and F1 just fine, but for some reason substituting B1 for whatever it is defined doesn't work.
